The Frozen Chainletter

This film was shot in a concrete riverbed in Orange County where I go to college. That place is beautiful and perfect for shooting videos.

Art pirates unite. I’ll collaborate with anyone, anytime, anyplace. My art likes to travel.

I took a year to edit this because I’m a perfectionist that won’t quit. (It took 2 days to shoot with all my lovely friends at an abandoned air strip in Sheridan Oregon.)

When my daughters were very young, I found myself spending days at home with them doing many more traditional wife/mother tasks than I’d ever imagined I would- not necessarily minding but unsettled about defining boundaries that should not be crossed. This is an ambiguous piece, because I can never really figure that out.
